Shipping Info 

We offer free tracked shipping worldwide on all orders.

Please read carefully:

After checkout, once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification as soon as the item is shipped with tracking, if available.
We guarantee 4 day delivery in Australia. If 4 days have passed and you have not received your order we will refund you the order or $100, which ever is greater. This does not apply if you live in WA or NT and if there are delays due to the postal service i.e Australia Post. 
Please allow 2-3 business days domestic delivery and 10-21 business days for international order delivery. Due to the high demand for items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed. ---

 

DELIVERY & TRACKING

Minimalist processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most items purchased will be processed within 2 to 4 business days of the order, it can take up to a maximum of 7 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped. 
Please Note: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Minimalist will not be held responsible for delivery times estimated by any third party services used.

CUSTOMS
Minimalist is  not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.

All orders are processed in AUD at the most current exchange rate.

MISSING ITEMS

Some of our orders are shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items,  please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your entire order.
